Returns and Cancellations

Have you placed an order and would like to return one or more products? Don’t worry, we’re here to help.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the delivery of your order. Here’s how to proceed:

1. REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return request, please fill out the online return request form by clicking on Start a return request.

During the process, you will be asked to enter your order reference and upload clear, detailed photos of the products you wish to return.

Products must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

Once the request has been submitted, it will be reviewed and, if approved, you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions, including the return shipping address.

2. SHIP THE PACKAGE

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ship the package following the instructions received by email after the return request has been approved.

3. REFUND

After verifying the condition of the returned products, you will receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from receipt of the returned package.

Please note: cosmetic apparel is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exceptions – Promotions with Free Products

In the case of promotions that include free products (e.g. 3x2, 3+1, 4+2, etc.), partial returns are not allowed.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised for the entire promotional bundle, including the free item, provided that all products are unused and intact.
